Got this Digital Keychain Photo viewer thingy. Ohio Electric Broker License. Comes with the DPFMate.exe software, which does not run under Windows 10. So far I've confirmed, that it runs perfectly. May 14, 2013 I received a digital photo frame keychain for my birthday. Dpf Mate wont open. But still the software would not open.

There's also a help-page on that product here, which you may or may not already have seen: not sure if im posting the right way but i followed the web site you gave me and when i tried to follow directions a message popped up and it said that DPFMate is offline and program will terminate now! What am I supposed to do? The keychain itself wont let me do anything i cant even delete the pictures that are on it (sample pictures).

Im at a loss.
