I finally recieved my package and realized I ordered the wrong one (my mistake). I emailed Sean and explained the situation. He did some research and called me on my cell. He advised me on which mic I needed. It was about $20 more expensive. Sean is sending the right mic tomorrow without charging me. All he asked is that I send the wrong one back and he will just charge my card the difference once he receives it.

This is my first time purchasing from NPS and it will not be the last. Accommodating, prompt and professional are all words that describe NPS. Thanks again Sean!

==Very Disappointed. In A Bad Area, Rude, Unhelpful Staff=== – I work in law enforcement so I'm always hearing from co-workers experiences at local police equipment stores. Almost all were negative reviews. But, I decided to come check it out anyway since I was in the area. I have to say I see all these reviews that the sales people are rude, arrogant and so on, I totally agree. They're are very much so.

This has to be in the one the worst neighborhoods in San Diego County. Had to cut the trip short cause wife was feeling on edge about the area and the sale agents rude behavior. I would not recommend this hole in the wall store to anyone. One of the best customer service experiences I have had!

So I had passed this place a few times while driving up El Cajon Blvd, and had wanted to stop in for some time. I am working to get into the police academy, so I had a genuine curiosity to see what kind of tools are part of the trade. But then I had a better reason to go in: my mother lives alone and a prowler was recently outside her home. I wanted to buy my mom some pepper spray. The gentleman in the store was very helpful and sold me this little hand-held gun of sorts that fired police grade pepper spray at 70 MPH. When I told him that I was working towards joining the police academy, he was extremely helpful in giving me advice and pointers on how to train before entering the academy. The guys who run this place are very good guys.

I heard them answer the phones and they were very professional and friendly. This place also has a GREAT selection of tactical gear.

I will be doing business with this place in the future for sure. Rude, Very Arrogant, Gun Wearing Sales Clerks!

– The 'sales clerks' working there are rude, very arrogant, and not helpful. A lot of my co-workers as well with me have the same complaints. Rude customer service, they act like their cops or something. Why would a 'sales-clerk' where a gun on their hip? It's funny when they're just sales clerks. Value: overall expensive. Go to ACE Uniforms: they have a full warehouse of products with very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
